- Morning Yoga v2 Added hip stretches I learned yesterday. I felt the difference yesterday. Could easily forward bend. Reminded me of this incapacity in #2010. I was stuck in my mobility and I did not even know about it. I guess this is why athletes are attractive. They move. The hip stretch aids relaxed sitting when meditating. Very helpful.
