  - Stoked after morning pages and day plan. The #secondbrain system got me back to grips in under 1 hour. Total control and in fact super excited for the day. The plan just manifested. Incredible. The algo, the new app work project init, the small questions that helped me think, the reflection on top of mind stuff, the jujutsu and the daily 5 wins. Incredible!!!!

  - If someone's anxious about something, and it's getting in their way, you take what they're anxious about, and you define it.
  - Because that already delimits it, right? Because one of the problems with being anxious about something is you won't speak of it. It's like Voldemort.
  - And then, if you don't speak of it, it's way bigger than it should be. You've cut it down to size as soon as you start talking about it.
  - You're not as afraid of as many things as you think. And you're braver than you know and more capable. So, as soon as you're brave enough to start talking about what you're afraid of, you see that there's more to you than you thought and that there's less to the problem than you thought.
  - And then, you can deconstruct it further into smaller problems and then figure out how to approach those smaller problems.
  - It doesn't seem to me that you get less frightened. It seems that you get more courageous, which is way better than being less frightened because there are many things to be frightened about.
  - So if you're courageous, that really does the trick.
- I was thinking about @Jordan Peterson dragon story interpretation and the Exaggeration of the mind. There seems to be a connects that’s almost contradictory.
- JBP’s advise to identify and call out the dragon might as well be the source of power for the growing dragon. Attention is what makes the delusion stronger and JBP calls for attention.
- JBP’s teaching way to solve the problem. Assuming the problem to be real. **He is making the plea to self delusion of ignoring problem. How do we then reconcile this with the self delusion of creating and imagining problems?** Hmm. I think I have defined the problem well here now.
- If all problems are imaginary then this ignorance of problem is the ignorance of an imagined problem that is deep down thought to be real. Omg. And it’s made more real by ignoring it. Is this the double bind?
- So then the root state of anxiety is the ignorance of imagined problem.
- So then why doesn’t it disappear?
- Hm. Because it’s not really ignorance in the pure sense of indifferent ignorance. There must be an attachment. Boom. Yes. It’s sweeping the problem under the rug and being attached to it as in too scare to look under it again. ==This is not ignorance. This is hiding.==
- Boom. I solved it.
- What JBP calls ignoring the problem is hiding from problem. An imagined problem.
- The solution then is break this illusion and the needless hiding.
- JBP is right until this point β€œAnd then, if you don't speak of it, it's way bigger than it should be.”, and then as if he misses a turn and recreates the misery he is fighting against: β€œIt doesn't seem to me that you get less frightened. It seems that you get more courageous, which is way better than being less frightened because there are many things to be frightened about.”
- This is JBP’s own psychological state - afraid of his imagined demons.
- For when one sees through this illusion of our imagined problem there is no courage requires as only laughter manifests. Hmm.
