- Article outlining the learnings from reading the book The Network State by Balaji Srinivasan
	  collapsed:: true
  - - The Network State is a book about the future of the internet and the technologies that will shape it. It is written by Balaji Srinivasan, a Silicon Valley entrepreneur and investor. The book is divided into three parts: Part I discusses the history of the internet and the technologies that have shaped it; Part II looks at the present and future of the internet; and Part III offers some concluding thoughts.

		  I. The History of the Internet

		  The internet has come a long way since its humble beginnings as a tool for academics and the military. In the early days, the internet was primarily used for email and bulletin boards. Over time, however, it has become much more than that. Today, the internet is a vital part of our lives, and it is changing the way we live, work, and play.

		  The internet is a vast network of computers that are connected to each other. It is a global network that allows anyone with a computer and an internet connection to communicate with anyone else in the world. The internet is made up of many different types of networks, including the World Wide Web, email, and instant messaging.

		  The internet has transformed the way we live and work. It has made communication and collaboration easier and more efficient. It has also made it possible for us to access information and resources that were once out of reach. The internet has made the world a smaller place and has connected us in ways that were once unimaginable.

		  II. The Present and Future of the Internet

		  The internet is constantly evolving. New technologies and applications are being developed all the time. The way we use the internet is also changing. In the past, we used the internet primarily for information and communication. Today, we use it for much more. We use it for entertainment, social networking, and shopping. We also use it to find and apply for jobs, to pay our bills, and to stay in touch with our friends and family.

		  The future of the internet is impossible to predict. However, there are some trends that we can anticipate. The internet will continue to grow and evolve. New technologies and applications will be developed. The way we use the internet will continue to change. The internet will become more integrated into our lives.

		  III. Concluding Thoughts

		  The Network State is an important book that provides insights into the past, present, and future of the internet. It is a must-read for anyone who wants to understand the technologies that are shaping our world.
- Article critiquing ideas presented in the book The Network State by Balaji Srinivasan
	  collapsed:: true
  - In the book The Network State, Balaji Srinivasan proposes that the internet has created a new type of economy and state, which he calls the "Network State". He argues that the internet has resulted in the decentralization of power and the creation of new opportunities for individuals and businesses. He believes that the internet has the potential to transform the way we live and work, and that the Network State is the best way to harness its power.

		  However, not everyone agrees with Srinivasan's vision of the future. Some critics argue that the internet is actually centralizing power, rather than decentralizing it. They claim that the Network State is simply a new way for large corporations and governments to control and regulate the internet. They argue that the decentralization of power promised by the internet has not been realized, and that the Network State is simply a new form of control.

- Late start today. Jumped straight into 9AM work meeting. But felt great as of 2:30 PM today. I should plan 7h sleep next time and not lower my status by missing victory days -- by pre-planning the extra sleep :)
- Calling it a victory day despite late start. Itโ€™s all ok.
- Staying **high status was the direction** I needed. I can now stay oriented. Distraction was this disorientation from high status. Finding this distraction, disorientation, pull to low status in the events and conflicts and relationship shenanigans. Saie throws tantrum, concierge tries to deflate perceived status, and many such channels attack yaโ€ฆ you donโ€™t forget your orientation. Thatโ€™s it.

	  Busy day today but I wrap up happy, content, head high and firmly positioned. I continue this practice of self love

- Reminder: Maturity is innocence recaptured
  - Ah such peace and balance. Had a difficult convo with saie as she in negative space. I observed and did not get pulled down.
  - But I had forgotten innocence being so focused on P/Playing High Status. #osho/maturity reminded me of innocence. **Balance is restored.** I feel light. It removed the burden. Live manifested. Acceptance found way. Unknown state is home. Nothingness is home. #advaitya
