The VC scouts are hunting for founders like a recruiter would for a tech company. Some of VC corps are providing funding, idea and co-workers, which is like joining a team in a tech company where you own the roadmap. What a promising model. But I am looking for the catch! What's there to loose? Low salary for 1 year? Exploitation? But one way or the other my time is being exploited regardless. In this model, I own the destiny-- in a way -- and I have equity, and real opportunity to build a business.
