- Morning. Feeling good, like i should :).
- It’s Sunday, by habit I wanted to sleep more but #5amclub is not a thing i do, it’s my daily way of life. It’s what I do for myself. Not an achievement, not a goal. It how i like to be.

- I feel rested. Slept well yesterday. sleeping HR down to 70s. Should get 60s.

	  3. coke - i love it. drink about 2-3 cans a day
	  4.  yoga - I seem to be goal oriented here. feel guilt when I skip. feel lazy to do morning stretch. In short, this has not yet become me. Not a way of life yet.
	  5. second brain - journaling has changed me in more ways than anything. Changed my habits. that effects many other things. If habits are conditioned mind. I’m re-conditioning or unconditioning the mind consciously
	  6. meditation - mooji- i bow my head to him. i feel the peace of christ deeper every day. 
	  7. excited about #P/Rules of the Game. every time i get into #PUA I get deep insights. It changes me for good. forms habits like the #5amclub. I would guess its the #highstatus serotonin that motivates me. 
	  
	  
	  This list is turning from what’s on my mind now to all that’s happening. so i’m going to stop. As all else is happening and we have them in second brain. Not in my mind. That’s the feature after all. #boom

  - Debugged code is NOT free, whether proprietary or open source. Even if you don’t pay cash dollars for it, it has opportunity cost, and it has time cost. There is a finite amount of volunteer programming talent available for open source work, and each open source project competes with each other open source project for the same limited programming resource, and only the sexiest projects really have more volunteer developers than they can use. To summarize, I’m not very impressed by people who try to prove wild economic things about free-as-in-beer software, because they’re just getting divide-by-zero errors as far as I’m concerned.

  - I think i pushed back. 40 mins of talking in circles. He won't get US visa so they want to to come to India for reception. Aunty as usual was like - bas India aajao, hum reception kar dengene. I told her that it's not a bday party. 
		  But I understand uncle's concern. He mentioned my only daughter. He was nice to tell me not to worry or take pressure at the end. I said we will figure things out and start thinking. I am reminded today rightly so: Block Reference

  - #Diary I put her on the spotlight for speech. She spoke from heart and did well. I was put on the spotlight for few words. I choked. I chickened out. Its a reminder more on my behavior of putting people on the spot, less about inability to express anything with joy.

  - I was exhausted because I didn’t take a deep breath before speaking and I spoke a lot. My voice was gone. This is again a great reminder and lesson for the realization I had yesterday. Block Reference

		  June review took quite a while and I had to wrap up #2022/week26 review first. The monthly review is still not done for June. Spent over 5 hours on #Monthly Review June (May 30th - Jul 3rd). - The evening time for big 4h block was lazy. Still not up in my food game. But I am getting back. I think it's the food and kitchen time, when not planned, and when I eat haphazardly, then is setting me back in productivity.
