Calm and Collected with the Yin energy intact. Then I comeback and do my Morning Yoga routine followed by shower. Beautiful day. Calm and Collected. The morning vision indeed had me grounded, motivated and non distracted. I could relax, feel productive and get through an amazing day. It helped me walk to the gym as I re read the vision in afternoon - although gym was closed :). All good though.
