  - Woke up groggy. Triggered on work employee casualness etc. All through exercise as the thoughts kept distracting.
  - It seemed important. Compelling me to act. Do something about it now. Think of a plan. My mind wondered all the ways to control reality.
  - Hmm.. Control reality. Mind tricks you.
  - Post exercise and meditation on Staying On The Path a liberating thought broke the delusion: Let mind traffic come and go. I am not to be attached to thoughts no matter how important and immediately actionable they seem.
- The yelling. She scared me.
  - saie apologized with a simple sorry. Calling it a breakdown. I shall forgive her. She broke down and she is allowed to. I accept it. And I encourage more of it to come out so she doesn't hold things back for so long that it releases like an atomic bomb. But I will not forget. This should not be repeated. There should be learnings coming from it. Let it unfold.
  - One things to admit. I delayed project P/Saie Convocation didn't even init it until today.
- One of those you wake up and you hate everything. Low quality people. Noisy minds. Leo and people I met at the rooftop yesterday wonder in my mind. Even the music I am playing is annoying me right now. Any expectation not met triggers me like crazy. Hm.. isn't that what takes over saie? Indeed.

- Looking forward to this Sunday with solo brunch plans. P/Lost Passport and P/EB1 US Visa projects hinder on my mind so let's take the next action on them. Along with P/Saie Convocation.

- Good Sunday. A little unplanned chill time all evening but I am happy we got the planning sorted for P/Saie Convocation.
- I am have slacking on the weekly review. I would go for monthly review for July. I should think of making weekly review a light weight ritual instead of long ass journaling. Past month review was really where I dig and refactor most ideas into place. The weekly notes abstraction is not required. It should be a ritual to close open loops. Hm great idea. Will time box these here on. Maybe 2 hours. Let’s do July week over week all of #2022/week31.
