  - I shall not let myself loose. If ego engages then you don't let the lobsters take you down. I will chill with boo ensure she gets her tasks for the day done. We eat well and are joyous. Workout. I complete my yoga. Shower, movies and disciplined engagement on time structuring.

I would be off center if I did not have the confidence in my #secondbrain system and if I didnt look forward to waking up at 5 AM. This made me get to bed on schedule.
