  - I am so excited for Morning Pages and to be writing head. As if my mind had outcome committed to getting the mind out by using it.. and get things done.
  - I did wake up groggy. Last night beer, wings and game had my breath shallow. Could feel restless in the morning. Feeling relaxed and welcome after the morning ritual. God Bless.

- I imagine my day to be productive.
  - I am enjoying the next episode of Yeh Kali Kali Aaankhen present and calm mind. Mind knows all is under control and taken care of. Mind knows the day have been productive and sorted. My tummy is happy with good food. House smells good as does my kitchen which is clean and squeaky. I am relaxed as my day is all over by 6 PM with work and personal defined, next action taken as they could be taken.
  - I allow the evening to take shape without guild. Time for Yoga and Reading.

  - Monday - Get sorted with projects and actions for both personal and work stuff. Take as many actions as you can.

  - Phew. Taking a break from work a bit. Voice gone. A little too much talking eh? Yeah. Watching Apple WWDC
  - Meals a little upside down today. Ate my tres leches for the week now.
  - Despite the fallings and distraction I see that my next actions are keeping me productive. Damn! It works. I got saie thesis gift ordered. Progress and handle on work stuff - a little few open loops from today which I think overwhelmed me. So I need a water like mind way to handle the incoming things.
