** Thoughts lingering
*** Not the best of days. Tuesday May 24th, 2022 was awful. I felt heavy - at 149 lbs again (hello #BackTo140lbsChallenge - ate less but still bloated. Went to bed at 10 pm but still couldn't sleep until midnight... or something. Could only wake up by 9 am today.
*** Lol - also a weird dream haha. Simon's gf hitting and into me. I am accepting it while also worried about the overhead. Crazy. I am laughing as I write this.
*** I am also wondering how hydra charge and different caffeine affect me. Yesterday I had hydra charge and coke -- both sucks. It seems to me that Celcius Cola would come out as winner.
*** Feeling untidy and fat. Lol. Maybe I need a shower and a haircut. That's it.
*** I haven't been regular with Yoga as well. No running in last 7 days. No workouts. So gotta do something.
*** In the good news, I am keeping up with my morning and nightly stretches. That's going well and I think I can make that into a ritual. Keep it up.

** Signed up for YC Startup School 7 week curriculum starting Jun 27th, 2022. Live classes. Lets see. I’m still oriented to my #smb project and I’m hoping this VC oriented business lesson would round things up for me.
** (This did not happen. Started on May 26th, 2022 )Starting Yoga - Ignite (28 days) 4 week program with Breath and Flow love.
* #ideas will record my mornings in here; beyond morning pages. Things I did like stretch, yoga, meditation, reading, phone calls, or a run outside or what not. Hopefully I could constrains my mornings be the slot for these rituals. after which I either work or relax - no other lingering obligations. hmm #ilikethat
