Changed. - my dilemma: i left compass because of stress. The psychological effect of it on me and others was disgusting to me, to the point of questioning deep morality of work ethics and bezos amazon culture. At JOKR, i’m annoyed that my team takes no stress. They are chill. Chill even when work is not completed and things are outright not done. In both cases, i’m the one stressing out. But we and I are happier at jokr. Would you rather have a chill employee that is average or a stressed out worker who thinks they always deserve more? The former. Then enjoy.
