- For #secondbrain, I felt and increasing lag and compounding anxiety on the Weekly Review. I was capturing but could not spend time organizing. There were morning where I woke up anxious and discovered I had to use mind to get rid of the mind. This led to me committing all day Sunday Jun 26th, 2022 on #log🪵/secondbrainrefactoring and also writing this review along with wrapping previous 2 weeks. About to end the 10th pomodoro of the day. Nice work.

  - As if time is running out quick. I don’t have enough time. Damn! So much to do. Then feeling distracted. If #secondbrain is a codebase, the familiar feeling is the TODOs left. The technical debt. The extra stress and distraction however might be from the fact that I don’t know what exactly needs to be done. OMG #revelation. I need to #gtd this shit - Block Reference
  - What is bugging me?
  - Pending weekly review for #secondbrain system and lagging behind everyday as its add to the backlog. Bringing all my captures to make a cohesive sense. I feel I have thrown things to #secondbrain and created a debt. It needs refactoring.

    - I have #secondbrain system refactored with weekly reviewed and projects caught up so I feel in control of the system.
  - Next Action
    - Complete the open Block Reference

  - Hmm. As I laid my thought out above. Spend time thinking, brining clarity to amorphous blob of undoability, the nagging mind is calm. This is problem with rush and being busy. We spent time reacting, less time thinking. **Thinking is pure non distraction in its true productive form. It’s the meditation for the mind.**
- I shall slow down. Rush feels like the root of all anxiety for me. Anytime I feel time is running out, my mind takes over, maybe the fear takes over.

  - Added monthly graphs from #Eight Sleep. Not adding sleep stats from to app for daily journal and weekly review.. low ROI. Currently including graphs for
			  1. Bed time
			  2. Wake up time
			  3. Sleeping heart rate
			  
			  The daily journal includes page level properties wake-up, slept-for for wake up time and total time slept, respectively.
  - Writing the first review #2022/jun helped the #2 Areas emerge organically!
