Protein Smoothies

- Greens milky: Peanut butter, pineapple, strawberry and apple
- 1 scoop kaged plant protein (peanut butter)
- Almond milk and water - 0.5 cup milk + 0.5 water
- Half Apple (ok if not)
- Strawberry and pineapple (pine balances the peanutty flavor so add extra)
- Half cup ice 
  
  Greens watery: Peanut plant based protein -
- 1 scoop protein kaged peanut protein
- Water 1 cup or little more
- 1.5 scoop protein with 400ml water - yum
- Spinach - the star of the show
- Kale 🥬 (optional, but goes great)
- Option 1 - Apple 1/2, banana 🍌, couple of strawberry
- Add finger tip size ginger for kick
- Damn banana with iced smoothie does the trick
- Option 2 - tropical blend  (mango, pineapple, banana, strawberry) 
  
  Booberry snickerdood
- Kaged clean meal protein snickerdoodle 1 scoop
- Mix 0.5 scoop vanilla if you like 👍
- 1 cup blueberry 🫐 (don’t compromise)
- Chia seeds
- Dahs of cinnamon 
  
  Mango 🥭 snickerdood
- replace blueberry with mango above
- Use fresh yellow whole food mango in summer
