Bakc aug 8th - Pretty much ended with last one on Jul 19th, 2022. So about a month. This was good project if I tone down my earlier high expectation. I imagined getting bench press to 200lbs I guess. But I will first injure myself. Shoulders have already been tight. Back gave me a warning. I did max out. I have numbers for future. It was fun and it did give the best of workouts in short time. As next thing coming our of this is Calisthenics. I shall find a program and focus on the plan there. Arms are stronger. People seems to feel the attractiveness. Parents see the health. Saie feels the strength.
