- Score: 4 out of 5. Overly ambitious goals with this one. I shot for the start landed on the moon. Helped with pre-weddign shoot and keeping me cool through thr wedding. Abandoned this on Week 4 so 1 less star. Kudos on completing 3 weeks i.e 21 good training days. Really did help me keep the shape for P/The Wedding
- Had me digging deep with exhausting and grilling 2 hour workouts burning 1000 cal on some days!

  - Lean body, muscles and abs. Lose half the body fat keeping and building muscle mass 🤝
  - Shirts and t-shirts fit like a women stripping on streets for you ✋ *definitely did help with pre-wedding photo shoot*
  - Take the shirt off at P/Bachelor Party ❌ lol
