- Jul 10th, 2022 - Week 11: 144 lbs. Yup. This week was a gluttony fest. I just recovered thought so consider this 2 pounds less. - Jul 3rd, 2022 - Week 10: forgot - Jun 26th, 2022 - Jun 19th, 2022 - Week 8: 144.3 - +1.3 lbs. Cheat week, celebration week with Saie's Thesis Defense and NYC Trip . I am curious how much will my weight get back. I would not have been surprised if I was back to 147 or similar -- after 5 days on eating out each out, beers, wings, cakes. Good to see the hard work providing resistance. @saie is in NYC this week. We will eat out but I want to create a discipline and health food habits around out living together. - Jun 12th, 2022 - Week 7: 143 - +0.5 lbs. I think I did good to maintain this weight. It was a good week to no to low alcohol and all home cooked food. Did only one or two Yoga sessions this week. - Jun 5th, 2022 - Week 6: 142.5 lbs - + 1 lbs from last week. -10lbs from start weight - Note: Feeling great. Despite the 3 big pastries, leches's, samosa chaats I managed to not loose the momentum. Maintaining low 140s so all good. I see it getting down back to 141 or 140 next week. That would be boomrango cool. - May 29th, 2022 - Week 5: 141.5 lbs - May 1st, 2022 - Challenge Start. - Week 0: 152.4 lbs
