What no massage could do. Actually open up the internal rotation of shoulder. My left shoulder has been sooooo tight. At the same time, I could almost internally rotate it to the ground. This is awesome. I could do 4 rounds instead of 2 on the push side. My god. Need to to this weekly. Along with hips.
