The Situational Awareness write up yesterday really helped me see this. I wrote down metrics I knew. But the fact that it was 'tabled' onto writing grounded it into a cohesive existence.   - Note 1: B2B Strategy

    - Lightology project is proving to stand as grounds for learning, assessing and materializing our B2B strategy.  We as a team gazed and grok'd ways to communicate, pitch, sell and curate relationships with businesses. It appears we will close a contract with them fetching us roughly $50K for about 1 month of work (counting all manhours across all of us). So far so good. This revenue stream has legs and is ripe for us further optimize and scale this. Here are some of my conjectures and convictions:
    - 1. The process from lead to close is slow i.e 1 -3 months. I wouldn't want us to be involved if this gets longer. This would means that we need realize a policy for disqualifying prospects.
    - 2. I have enjoyed our sales calls. The bold of joy and team bonding we feel as I turn customers hearts is dopamine. We strive for dopamine, profit will take care of itself.  We will learn more.
    - 3. We have real value to provide for small businesses. We can 10x their online presence with AI and our products helps us be on the cutting edge will makes as legit 'experts' in the field. The success stories we derive from this work will stand as badge for long term.
    - So what's our strategy? I see 2 avenues pursued together 1) Push on sales and business development with Matt leading the charge with hands on business hunt. We learn our way to 'Customer Relationship Management' and 'Salesforce' for B2B along the way.  2) Strategic partnership with firms who bring in clients. This means less 'management' and 'hands on' works in place of higher commission. We will learn working thorough an outsources salesforce where choosing the right vendor and cost overhead becomes paramount.
    - Our mental model is get the enterprise flywheel started i.e we have a system running like a recruiting agency where candidates (businesses) are moving from Opportunity -> Lead -> ...... -> Contract phase.
    - The purpose of document is align us on this strategic dictions and take Q1 2024 to revisit, refine and execute tactics to help realize this move. We will discuss daily.
    - The two immediate goals that we act up NOW:
    - **Goal 1:** Hire 2 interns. They aid Ercan on web and mobile and also help scale the B2B business. We wither get Co-ops from Northeastern Or LCOL area. TL;DR Get interns for cheap.
    - **Goal 2:** Onboard Matt. We kickoff the 'T&E Small Business' consulting arm and setup ways for rapid 'trial and error'
