Sleep had me captured, had doubts waking up and leaving bed, all incentives to stay rested, and let this day be of good sleep passed my mind. But **something in my mind pushed me through. It made me test my assumptions** hmm.. by just being aware. I stayed up, then I was compelled to leave the bed. - The new practice/victoryroutine🌞 rewards me as I get to read! I make my pre-workout which I love and I get to be chill. This reward is a solid incentive for victory hours. In fact, now I am sitting at the desk and writing this journal while it's such freezing cold morning. #photo - {:height 389, :width 221} - Happy to have started with practice/breathing👃 #dailykaizen practice. Reading @David Deida Books/Enlightened Sex and taking on the breathing practice for mind, body and energy and genitals :). The daily pronounciation practice shall really be a game changer for me as well. I see that I immediately speak differently, in American accent, after a mere 10 minutes of repeating words in the Books/Pronunciation Secrets audiobook. I shall keep at it. Hmm. - **What’s going on inside me at this moment?** - Pre-workout has kicked in so I am charging. I have notices my breath being constricted many times now that I have been practicing. I am a little hasty. - **What comes top of my mind?** - I wanna feel satisfied with productivity. I haven't felt that yet. Feeling like getting a gargantuan amount of work done. Like the end of a really good workout. Pushing it hard and no gas in talk but feeling top of world hmm. #Productivity - **What is smallest thing I can do for settling the top of mind thing?** - Think of daily productivity or day plan as workout? Hm. I need to think more here. Daily 5 Ritual - Everyday I hit the world gym. Thie victory routine is my warmup. Victory hour is what gives me a head start and not miss this good stretch. Preps me for the hard push ahead. - It's ok to rest between sets.. which would be my focus time. - Food and water combined are my hydration. Junk food is like drinking sugar water during workout. Do it too much and it makes your perform worse and has negative effect. - The game then is more mental than physical. Just after a couple of sets doubts comes in. I want to go home. Don't wanna finish the workout. Hmm. What shall one do? Commit to the plan. Remember 12 week hardcore? Also how am I doing it now? I adjusted my plan to do 1 heavy compound exercise or multiple small ones so I aint overwhlemed and disheartened with the time I have to spend in the gym. We adjust daily plan as such - gazing what's working and what's not. The goal is to stay with the commitments. - List workout everyday we try to max our weights yess. THIS IS KEY. The #nogasintank pholosophy. #OMG. If everyday I can give it all and lay on bed with content. I get dopamine hit just thinking about it right now. - So then, looking at Life as a Akhada and taking it one day at a time is also good for presence. In fact, one moment at a time. I can also then learn to relax in it. A good workout is often relaxing to me and I love that strength training going heavy push. - Also, gotta keep the form. This is where my system comes in to gaze the form and correct as needed. - That said, The daily 5 then would be the 5 exercises I do? Hmm lets' play this out and see how we mold the system. - And, the system helps with focus orientation and Avoid distractions - **What is the smallest thing I can do to be more in line with who I am?** - Keep up the deep inhale and exhale breathing practice. I might have some very low hanging fruits already - **What first word pops into my mind when I think about today?** - Crush it #boom - **What's one good thing about Saie?** - ==Intense loyalty to her heart. If her heart ain't in it she ain't doing it, but if it is, you cannot stop her.== - **What is smallest thing I can do make Saie happy today?** - Help her with the interview prep. She asked for it and I kind of brushed it off as - oh it's so easy, just tell recruiter this that. I might as well write it down for her. - **What is one thing I like about myself today?** - Haha. NA. - **If I were guaranteed not to fail, what would I be doing differently?** - Good reminder. I am guaranteed not to fail. Just don't rush. - **Exercise Small Thoughts** - A solid workout day. Good warmup, some high push movements, pull movements, good break between exercises. Stretching and yoga to wrap the workout and then rest and recover with my love boo. Sleep like a baby. Stay hydrated.
